 The Bay Cycle Way is an 81 mile (130km) bike route around Morecambe Bay. It runs between Walney Island and Glasson Dock, through a diverse and fascinating land and seascape.

Not just a map, nice bit of history too

So good I bought a second copy for a friend. You can email info@theoffcomers.co.uk for updated listings (latest sheet is 2019). Amazon didn't have this as available as "New" at my first purchase time - so this was a great opportunity to get hold of the book. It's full of the finer detail - go left at this pub etc... which makes the route a whole lot easier than a map only solution. Also gives you bits of the background of the geological history as well as more local recent history. It's very good paper - might be waterproof (don't want to find out) and the fact that alternate routes are also covered, so you can add in a few loops is greatly appreciated.
