Parasite wood carving of two owls on a branch.
Approximately 15cm high.
Fairtrade from Indonesia.
Our parasite wood carvings are hand-carved by highly skilled artisans on the beautiful island of Bali. Parasite wood is a parasitic plant that grows on its host, the Chinaberry Tree. It feeds off the tree’s sap and is so strong that even when the host is dead this plant doesn’t decay. The plants are collected by artisans who create these wonderful carvings.
As these carvings are made from natural materials, they may vary slightly from the image.
