Queried before purchase via online chat on a Bank Holiday weekend, not really expecting an answer but within a few minutes my question was answered. Purchased these little cuties and they were in the post before the end of the day. Missing mice
Excellent company . The service I received when I thought I hadn’t received the carved wooden mice was amazing . A replacement was in the post the following day. Thankyou Mike and I am so sorry to have messed you about. The little mice are beautifully carved and I am so pleased with them . I would certainly use this shop again please ignore my previous review that stated I hadn’t received them . Not known such considerate service from a company before.
